I was a sailor and sailed professionally for more than 20 years after walking away from a career in journalism due to my ADHD. In 2018, after a hurricane killed my boat, I had an identity crisis, and I began my return to the media.
It took a good long while, seven years in truth. However, I was the news director at KAGO News and mybasin.com, a heritage radio station in Klamath Falls, OR. But that didn't quite fit me.
